For 24-48 hrs prior to your SPMU appointment, you must adhere to the following instructions:
No Alcohol
No Caffeine i.e. Tea, Coffee or Energy drinks
No Ibuprofen, Aspirin or Paracetamol
No Sunbeds
Before your appointment, please ensure you have completed the following:

Patch Test Consent Form
Medical & Consent Form
Adhered to Pre-Care Rules

For 14 days post-treatment, you must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
Use your aftercare cream, provided by VowToBrow. You must not put any other creams onto the brows that are not recommended by VowToBrow.
Directly on your SPMU Brows:
No Water
No Facial Cleansers or Soap
No Retinol
No Sunbeds
No Makeup
In general:
No Chlorine
No Hot, Steamy Showers
No Jacuzzi, Sauna or Steaming
No vigorous exercise to avoid excessive sweating
* Failure to correctly adhere to your aftercare instructions will negatively affect your final results. Aftercare cream and instructions will be supplied post treatment.
